Tia Rittenbaugh was very pleased when she found out that she was a student of the month. Tia says, “ I actually laughed when I got student of the month because I didn’t think I was going to get it.” Being named student of the month came to her as a shock because she was not expecting it. Tia does a lot of activities inside and outside of school. “Teachers recognize that, nothing goes unnoticed.” says Rittenbaugh. 

Rittenabugh’s high school classes include AP and CP level courses.  “AP Biology can be a bit of a struggle, but I find all my classes fun and I enjoy every one of them,” says Rittenbaugh.    Rittenbaugh will attend Misericordia University where she will major in Occupational Therapy.
