Saturday afternoon the Lady Cards held a 7-0 record. Perfect. Thus, far in the year but coming into town was a tough team. Bethlehem Catholic is a dominant school is every sport they have. Their softball team was only 2-3 on the year but they are from a tough league full of big schools. Coming in there was a sense of urgency with this game. Bethlehem Catholic is a solid squad and everyone knew it was going to be a tough game. Well, that is what was thought but that certainly didn’t happen. Senior Pitcher Olivia Lehman dominated the whole game giving up just one hit to Bethlehem Catholic.

“This was a really good game for us, we can still do more but this is nice,” said Head Coach Ryan Leffler. The Cards dominated the whole game and kept things in complete control. Seniors Kate Rittenbaugh and Trisha Kopinetz had tremendous games leading their team to a 10-0 win in 5 innings. The Cards improve to 8-0 on the year.
