December 2020 Senior of the Month, McKenna LeVan.

McKenna Valentine and Brandon Unger

Each Senior of the Month was asked 10 questions…

1.How do you feel about being a senior?

-It feels great to have made it this far and to know that it’s almost over is crazy.

2.How do you feel about last year being hybrid?

-I did not enjoy being on a hybrid schedule. I don’t like being on a computer all that much and the hybrid schedule didn’t help with that.

3.How do you feel about being senior of the month?

-It was great to be senior of the month. It was nice to see my senior picture in the glass and know that my teachers realize how hard I’ve been working.

4.Favorite and least favorite thing about being a senior during covid?

-Favorite-not having to see everyone all the time. Least favorite- having to wear a mask during my musical.

5.What do you want to do after you graduate?

-I’m going to college to study criminal psychology and acting.

6.What piece of advice would you give to underclassmen?

-Don’t take any moment for granted. It seems like just yesterday that I was a freshman just walking through the doors. The end comes faster than you think.

7.If you play sports or do any other activities how were they affected with covid?

-I had to constantly have a mask on during soccer and the musical. It made it so much more difficult to breathe and it was a constant struggle.

8.What is your favorite memory from senior year so far?

-Acting with Erik Dubbs in the musical.

9.What is your favorite thing to do outside of school?

-Hang out with Haylie Yoder and watch movies with my family.

10.Who is someone you look up to?

-My father
