The New England Patriots are a historic team. Winning 6 super bowls in the past 20 years. The team has gone through many changes in recent years and will have to adjust.

The New England Patriots have been my favorite team since I was a kid. The dynasty was always amazing to me. I started liking them because of a few players on their team but they quickly became my favorite team. Their consistent performance was always so impressive to me. Players like Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, and Julian Edelman were so fun to watch as they constantly pushed their way into the playoffs and the super bowl.

The team’s success stems down from the legendary head coach Bill Belichick all the way down to the back ups. They are always well prepared and ready to play every game to their best ability. The Patriot way has become famous in the past few years describing their practice schedule and coaching style as militaristic and more grueling than any other team in the league. This style gets constantly criticized but nobody can say it doesn’t work. The patriots have won 7 Super Bowls with Tom Brady as quarterback and Bill Belichick as head coach. Making Brady the winningest quarterback in NFL history and making the Patriots the longest lasting dynasty in league history as well.

The Patriots are currently going through big changes with Tom Brady moving on to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers two years ago and Rob Gronkowski following right along with him. The most recent and one that affected me the most being the retirement of Julian Edelman. Julian was my favorite player while he played because he wasn’t the biggest or fastest player on the field but always showed the most heart. I loved watching him take big hits and get up after making the catch like nothing happened. I can’t wait to see what this rebuild will turn into and I will always be a Pats fan.
