The movie “Smile” directed by Parker Finn is a horror/psychological thriller. The movie is about a therapist Dr. Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) who witnesses a horrific death of a patient. Soon after an overwhelming terror takes over her life. The movie came out in theaters in September 2022 and was a big hit. According to Insider.com, Smile grossed over $100 million in the global box office. It was recently put onto Paramount +.

The movie starts off with the death of Dr. Cotter , a patient who claimed to have been seeing this thing with a smile on its face. Shortly after witnessing the death Rose starts to see the same thing, she is determined to figure out what and why she is seeing this thing. She finds out that its a curse and it jumps from one person to another by witnessing a suicide. She must find a way to try and escape this curse.

I personally really enjoyed this movie, it was one of the best horror movies I have seen in a long time. The actors played their parts really well. I highly recommend this movie if you are looking for a good scare.
