The “Call of Duty” Franchise has been around since 2003. Recently they have rebooted one of the original series in the franchise, “Modern Warfare”. The release of “Modern Warfare” in 2019 and Oct 28, 2022 “Modern Warfare II” was released. Both games have been a fan favorite of the recent “Call of Duty” games and have had tons of success. I’ve personally enjoyed both of the games a lot and play “Modern Warfare II” almost everyday after school. From all the different game modes to the campaign, “Modern Warfare II” has been a really fun game. They even have their own battle royale game mode called “Warzone”.

“Warzone” is an amazing addition to the game and has brought me tons of fun times. It can be a slower paced way to play “Call of Duty” and is a lot of fun to play with friends. They also recently released Tier 1 game modes. Tier 1 is a harder gamemode than the regular game. Bullets do more damage there is no game overlay and it makes the overall game harder. The gamemodes upside is it gives you more xp. In “Modern Warfare” from 2019 the gamemode was called hardcore and they decided to change it in “Modern Warfare II”.

My personal favorite part of the game is getting all of the weapon camos. In every “Call of Duty” throughout the years there has been a weapon camo system that almost always includes a Gold camo, Platinum camo, and a top tier camo specific to whichever game it is. To unlock the camo you need all previous camos first, Gold before platinum and platinum before The top tier camo. I like being able to have a goal of getting every camo for every gun and it gives me something to play for. The camos always look so cool and are an awesome part of the “Call of Duty” franchise. In “Modern Warfare II” I am currently trying to work towards the top tier camo which is called Orion in this game. I really enjoy this game and can’t wait everyday to get home from school and play it.
