Review: Universal Studios Orlando Florida

The photo was taken during the day time at universal studios, walking back to the exit of the park, in the distance was Islands of Adventure, where you can see Velocicoaster, and The Incredible Hulk Coaster

Universal Studios, Orlando is a worldwide known amusement park. People from all over the world travel to come see the outstanding scenery and rides that the park has to offer. Universal Studios has two different parks, Islands of Adventure, which is where you will find Marvel SuperHero Island, Hogsmeade, The Lost Continent, Skull Island, Jurassic Park, and Seuss Landing. The next one is Universal which consists of Hollywood, Production Central, New York, San Francisco, Diagon Alley, World Expo, Springfield, and Minions Land on Illumination Avenue. There is also Volcano Bay, a waterpark, but that is a separate area.

The first park I went to was Islands of Adventure. This park is probably the more exciting of the two because of the more intense rides that it has to offer. I rode The Incredible Hulk Coaster first. It was a very intense ride. You first walk through Bruce Banner’s Lab, where it seems that you are getting turned into the Hulk. Then when you get on the ride it takes you into a tunnel, when you get launched out of, as if you were the hulk jumping. You ride through various loops and upside down twists as you go through, you will also ride through a tunnel filled with steam that seems to go sort of under the water.

The next ride in the Marvel area that I went on was the Amazing Adventures With SpiderMan, where you take a walk through the Daily Bugle and become a reporter who goes on an adventure to capture stuff for the newspaper. The ride is a 3-D ride that makes you feel that you are a part of the fight with Spiderman.

The next area in Islands of Adventure is Skull Island: Reign of Kong. There is one ride in this area and it is the name of the area. It is a 3-D ride, where you ride on a big safari vehicle. You will ride through caves where you will witness Kong fight various animals in the area. I then went to Jurassic Park, which was my favorite ride in the whole park. Velocicoaster is the most intense ride in the whole park. You ride a rollercoaster that moves crazy fast, goes over massive drops, and goes through many upside down twists. Then I headed up to Hogsmeade, I rode on Hagrid’s Magical Creatures motorbike adventure. You get to ride on the motorbike, through an area of land and you go though many launches that make the ride very fast. I also went into the castle and rode Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey. A 4-D ride where you follow Harry Potter on a crazy adventure.

Universal Studios was not as fun for me. The first thing I rode on was Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit. This ride lets you choose through various songs while you ride on the coaster. Then I went on Revenge of the Mummy, a cool ride that is pretty much in the dark. I went on the Men In Black ride, where you compete against another cart shooting aliens. The Simpsons ride was another 3-D ride where you go to a Simpsons Amusement park and go on a crazy adventure.
