Homework for all schools are unnecessary. The kids at Pine Grove Area hardly do their homework. It gets them bad grades and gets them in trouble. Overall, that doesn’t show good attitude and their willing care. So why do teachers give it to them? Mitchell Lesh says, “Kids should be able to have free time at home and not have any homework. That is why we have school, to learn and do work not go home and waste our free time.” 

Kids at Pine Grove Area also get tired right when they get home. So, that means they really don’t feel like doing their homework. Also athletes have a say in this too. Shea Morgan says, “We shouldn’t need homework because most of us are athletes. We go from school to sports then need to get the proper number of sleep to stay healthy so we don’t get injured.”

Therefore, homework takes a toll on athletes and how they stay healthy and how much sleep they need to get. Overall, homework for Pine Grove Area is unnecessary.
