Pine Grove Area had another meet the player night for the winter sport athletes.  They had the winter cheerleaders, wrestling, girls basketball, and boys basketball teams they also included the 7th and 8th grade wrestlers and boys basketball.  This is only the second year that Pine Grove has done a winter meet the cardinals. A good amount of people showed out for the event and to show support for the high school athletes.

Dillon Kintzel a senior wrestler said “It was very nice to see a lot of people from the community come out and show support for the winter athletes.” Andrew Griffiths a basketball captain says “The winter athletes usually don’t get as much love as the fall athletes but this helps bring the community out and help support us.”
